Mitchell McCulloch is a self taught organic grower from England. Last year, he closed his catering business and moved from east London to the countryside to pursue his passion for the natural world, ecology and horticulture - specifically involving plants that can feed and heal us. Being a chef, Mitchell knew a lot about food, but not a lot about growing it. After some practice and nearly seven billion YouTube views later, he’s grown his kitchen garden into an impressive all organic permaculture. 

Mitchell uses a lot of tools to grow his food sustainably, but most important to him has been his mobile phone. It helped him learn how to start his organic garden from zero, and create more contacts in the industry. He’s even started teaching others all about growing through his own radio show. 

Mitchell has been around food his whole career, but the power of growing it himself has given him a new purpose.
